Yes! Every call is a real-time, one-on-one experience with a live character. It is never pre-recorded or automated. Each call is personalized and filled with heartfelt interaction that feels magical and meaningful.
Who makes the calls?
All calls are made by real humans who specialize in child communication and character play. They are trained to speak with warmth, encouragement, and gentle improvisation so your child feels seen and special.
How long is each call?
Each call lasts around five magical minutes. That is just enough time to spark joy, imagination, and encouragement without overwhelming your child.
What types of calls can I request?
You can request a call for many different reasons, including:
- Lost tooth (Tooth Fairy)
- First day of school or trying something new (Brave Buddy)
- Facing fears or nervous feelings
- Celebrating a birthday or milestone
- Just because your child needs a little magic
We are always adding new seasonal characters and occasions too!
How do I book a call?
It’s as easy as waving a wand:
- Choose your character (Tooth Fairy or Brave Buddy)
- Fill out a short form with your child’s name, reason for the call, and magical details
- Select your preferred call time
- Get ready for the sparkle
You will receive a confirmation email with next steps.
Who gets the call?
We call your number first. You answer, then hand the phone to your child so they can hear the magic directly from the fairy or buddy.
What if I miss the call?
No worries! We try calling back once within five minutes. If the second attempt doesn’t go through, we will reach out to reschedule at no extra charge.
Can siblings share a call?
We focus on one child per call to make the experience truly personal. If you would like to book back-to-back calls for siblings, we are happy to help coordinate that.
Where is the service available?
We currently offer live calls to families in the United States and Canada. More regions may be added as our fairy dust spreads.
How much does it cost?
Each five-minute call costs just $5. That includes:
- A live character interaction
- Personalization based on your child’s moment
- Flexible rescheduling if needed

Can I request a special message or phrase?
Yes! The booking form includes space to add notes, messages, or magical phrases you would like us to include. We do our best to make every call feel unique and personal.
Is it safe?
Yes. Safety and kindness are at the heart of everything we do. All performers are background-checked, and no calls are recorded or stored unless you opt in for a keepsake audio version (coming soon).
Will the Tooth Fairy talk about dental care?
Yes. Our Tooth Fairy may include a gentle reminder about brushing and flossing, or share a fun fact from the American Dental Association. We want to make dental health magical too.
